Biofach 2025 , which will be held in Nuremberg from 11 to 14 February 2025, will be attended by Indulleida Nufri. The company from Lleida will occupy stand 5-159 of this show, the most important in Europe dedicated exclusively to organic production, and which this year focuses on how to achieve changes in the organic food sector, trends and innovations. Biofach 2025, which will take place simultaneously online and in person, will put the emphasis on the most sustainable trends and innovations, while expanding specific offers for target groups such as retail and representatives of out-of-home catering.
The mere participation of Indulleida in this annual event is a seal of quality and distinction for the company, since to be an exhibitor at the German show, strict admission criteria must be met. It should be remembered that Biofach is not only a showcase for organic products, but is also an interesting forum for providing alternatives to the current agro-industrial model.
The transformation of the food sector, which presents major challenges for the retail trade, will be of particular importance at this edition. In addition to price, issues such as health, taste and sustainable consumption are of growing importance to increasingly informed consumers. The 2024 edition of the Biofach fair had 2,550 exhibitors from 95 countries and 35,000 visitors from 128 countries.
