Natural flavourings and natural extracts

Indulleida S.A. processes both natural flavourings and natural extracts.

While producing concentrated juices, volatile compounds from the fruits that are lost in the process can be recovered to obtain the natural flavours. The flavouring is refined by passing it through a distillation column. The flavouring is produced at a concentration of 150 to 3750 folds. Fold is the kilos of fruit needed to produce 1kg of this flavouring.

Indulleida S.A. also obtains natural flavourings from different varieties of fruit and vegetables, the same products being FTNF products with the full aromatic profile of the raw products. These extracts can be delivered in water-based form, to be used without dilution and especially for Halal use, or in more concentrated alcohol-based form, maintaining varietal profiles.
